Getting Started

No need to download anything! BrightSource is a web-based app, so all you need to do is bookmark the website. Just open your favorite browser, navigate to BrightSource, and save it as a bookmark for quick access anytime.

Creating a free account is easy! Click HERE, and fill in the required details. If you’re accessing your employer’s BrightSource account, they’ll provide your login credentials and send you an invite

No worries! Your username is simply your email address—either personal or work-related.

BrightSource works seamlessly on all Chrome-based browsers, such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, as well as on iOS systems. Ensure our browser is up to date for the best experience.

Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a confirmation email with instructions to reset your password. It’s quick and secure!
Using BrightSource

Yes! If your organization uses shared devices, we can configure accounts to support your needs. We don’t believe in per-user licensing—your entire staff can benefit from AI. If needed, we can also set up an account for a specific shared device, like a tablet.

BrightSource is a web-based app and requires an internet connection to access its features. Offline use is not currently available.

No syncing needed! Just send new documents to our team at support@dovaxis.com, and we’ll add them to your database. Once uploaded, they’ll be available to all users in your organization.

BrightSource can read PDFs and Word documents. For other formats, contact our support team for help. We’re also working on adding support for images, infographics, Excel, and PowerPoint soon!

Navigate to app.dovaxis.com on your mobile browser, log in, and you’re ready to go!

To remove outdated documents, contact the DOVAXIS support team, and we’ll assist in deleting them from the system.

You can change your preferred language by clicking the flag icon and selecting your language of choice. BrightSource will adjust accordingly.

If you encounter an error, close the error window and try again. If the issue persists, refresh the page. Still stuck? Click the question mark (?) icon near your profile to submit a support ticket, and we’ll assist you ASAP.

First, check your internet connection—wired connections are typically faster than WiFi. If everything checks out, please be patient; sometimes it takes a second for the AI to process your request. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket at app.dovaxis.com/support

Document backups are automatic. We’re also working on making version history available soon. If you need access to a prior version or want to take documents offline, contact your site administrator or the support team.
